The butterfly plate of the pneumatic wafer butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis. The initial position of the valve is determined according to actual requirements. When the valve is rotated from the initial position by 90°, an action ends (from open to closed, Or from off to on), and vice versa, another action (from off to on, or from on to off) ends.

1. The pneumatic wafer butterfly valve is simple in structure, small in size and light in weight. It consists of only a few parts and is easy to install.
2. When the pneumatic wafer butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance of the medium flowing through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is small, so it has better flow control characteristics.
3. The pneumatic wafer butterfly valve has two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. Elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate.
4. The pneumatic wafer butterfly valve has a long life, but it is difficult to achieve a complete seal. The metal seal can adapt to higher working temperature, while the elastic seal has the defect of being limited by temperature.
5. The clever wedge-shaped design enables the pneumatic wafer ball valve to have an automatic sealing function that is more closed and tighter.
